About Me
I work with leaders who care deeply about the impact they have – on their people, their performance and themselves. My coaching is shaped by real-world, lived experience, not theory alone. I’ve led teams, carried significant revenue targets, and worked in complex high-pressure environments. I partner with executives, leaders, and senior professionals who want to lead with greater clarity and confidence.
